Shipping Summary:

  • Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday.
  • Orders place on Fridays after 2pm will be shipped out on the following Monday.
  • The usual time for processing an order is 1 to 2 business days, but may vary depending on the availability of products ordered. This period excludes delivery times, which depend on your geographic location.
  • We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each product will be shipped from Dallas, TX.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Local shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: NOT AVAILABLE

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery time depends on a number of variables, and there may be delays such as bad weather affecting air transport, or a package being held for inspection by Customs. Once we ship an order we have no control over what happens to that shipment.

Shipments can be delivered directly to most addresses, except PO boxes. However, in certain remote areas, there may be an additional delivery charge or you may need to pick up your package from the closest service location.

Shipping Status: 

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. 

If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes: 

Please contact us if the order needs to be canceled or modified. Once your label has been created, yet not shipped, you are able to cancel your order, but won’t receive a refund for the shipping. Once your order has been shipped cancellations won’t be accepted. Once you receive your package you may return it. Your will be responsible for shipping and handling of the return.

Item Not Received: 

If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered, you should contact the carrier to hunt the packages. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address.

We use USPS and UPS for our carrier services. In the event you cannot locate your package or there’s an issue with the delivery location please call USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 or contact your local consumer affairs department at https://postalpro.usps.com/ppro-tools/consumer-affairs

Damaged Parcel
If your package has been delivered in a PO Box, please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may result (consequences of extreme temperatures, theft, etc.).

Restrictions

Some items in our catalog may not be able to be shipped within the United States or within your State due to brand restrictions. Also we do not ship certain items due to their fragility or size.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping: The free shipping option is available  for customers in the DFW area once their cart threshold has reached $50. The threshold is $70 for other areas and states. Unfortunately, there is no free shipping option to Alaska or Hawaii.

Weight Based Shipping: The weight based shipping option has three different variables (Varies By Region); Total cart weight 0 lbs to 5 lbs lbs = $9.00 – $13.00 … 5.1 lbs to 10 lbs = $14.00 to $18.00 … 10.1 lbs to 15 lbs = $20 to $25 … 15.1 lbs to 20 lbs = $30 to $40 … 20.1 to 29 lbs = $50 to $60 … 30+ lbs = $70.00 & Up

DFW Local Delivery: For metro Dallas area the delivery fee is $8.00. For outer cities in the counties of Collin, Tarrant, Johnson, Kaufman, etc. the delivery fee is $10. Free delivery is available once your cart total is $60.
